A structured route into markets you cannot open alone.
Entering a country is a regulatory and relationship problem before it is a shipping problem. We take established brands through it stage by stage, under an exclusive mandate, and carry the groundwork with you.
From first assessment to a live market
Each stage produces a document you review before the next one starts. No stage begins before the previous one is signed off.
Market study & feasibility
Demand, competing products, realistic shelf or contract pricing, import duty and the regulatory burden for your category. The written assessment includes the case against entry where the numbers say so.
2 – 4 weeksCommercial model
Exclusive distribution, agency representation or direct supply to key accounts. Pricing structure, margin per stage, minimum volumes and territory are settled before either side commits.
3 – 6 weeksLocal partner selection
Distributors, importers and key buyers identified and vetted — trade licence, financial standing, existing portfolio, and whether your brand would compete with a line they already carry.
4 – 10 weeksRegistration & approval
Product registration with the responsible authority, label and ingredient review, conformity certification and, where required, factory or pre-shipment inspection.
6 – 20 weeksLaunch & market support
First consignment planned, cleared and delivered, distribution established, commercial follow-up on sell-through. Accountability continues after launch, not only to the first container.
OngoingTimelines vary strongly by product category and destination. Regulated categories — food, cosmetics, medical products — sit at the upper end of every range above.
A brand rarely fails abroad because of the product.
It fails because registration took eleven months, or because the distributor already carried a competing line.
Who we take on
The portfolio is kept deliberately small. An exclusive mandate only works if the market gets real attention.
- Established, not experimental
- We represent brands that already work in their home market. We are a route into new territories, not a substitute for product-market fit.
- Exclusive territory
- We ask for exclusivity in the markets we open. The investment in registration and distribution only returns under a protected territory.
- Quality that survives inspection
- Independent inspection is part of the process. Products that cannot pass third-party testing are not a fit for the portfolio.
Send us your product and your target market.
You get an honest first read: whether the market fits, what the registration path looks like, and what it realistically takes to put the first consignment on the shelf.
