Independent inspection is the least expensive insurance in international trade. It is also what allows a buyer to accept goods sight-unseen and a brand to hand over its reputation.
Four points where a check still changes the outcome
Once goods are on the water, an inspection only tells you how bad the problem is. These four points sit where a correction is still possible.

- Before the order
- Factory assessment where the supplier is new to us or to you: capability, capacity, and whether the quality system can hold a specification over repeat orders.
- 02
- During production
- In-line checks on the first output against the agreed specification, so a deviation is caught while it can still be corrected rather than after the container is sealed.
- 03
- Before loading
- Quantity and quality verified against the purchase order, packing and marking checked against destination rules, and the inspection report issued.
- 04
- For the authorities
- Where the destination requires third-party conformity assessment, the certificate is obtained through an authorised body before the goods depart.
Who verifies
We work with established inspection and certification companies rather than issuing our own quality opinion. An assessment is only worth something if the party giving it is independent of the sale.
